KBA UK Ltd. has appointed former Goss International Service Manager Peter Banks as UK and Ireland Service Manager.
Mr Banks has over 27 years’ experience in the graphic arts industry having great experience of web press, print finishing and mail room equipment and undertaken project management of major contracts in some of the largest companies in the UK and abroad.
Banks joined Harris Graphics bindery and forms press division in 1989 as a service engineer before becoming service manager following the 1999 merger with Heidelberg Web press in France. He joined Heidelberg UK in 2003 as Contracts Manager prior to the business amalgamation with Goss International in 2004. He continued to work in service and project management for the commercial web division of Goss before joining KBA UK Ltd this year.
Commenting on joining KBA UK Mr Banks stated ‘I visited Drupa in 2016 and was able to have a good look around the various exhibition halls and what I saw at KBA was a great diversification of products that demonstrated a company heading in the right direction.’ He continues.”This is reflected in the UK market, and makes it a great time to join KBA UK as we grow the service operations to meet the current and future requirements for an expanded product portfolio.
